DELIVERY
Orders are prepared within 24 to 72 hours. Shipments take place every day, from Monday to Friday.
For delivery in France, please allow 2 to 4 days by mail or 2 days by Colissimo or 3 to 4 days by Mondial Relay.
What can delay the dispatch of an order is missing or erroneous information (such as personalization information): please check your emails after ordering, so that I can reply quickly if necessary.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made by
credit card (fully secure online payment), or by
bank transfer (bank details are displayed when the order is registered by selecting the Transfer payment method).

RETURN
Personalized engraved
items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please check your texts to be engraved (no corrections will be made) as well as the size when specified at the time of order.
Any other item can be returned
after a retraction request made by email within 14 days from the delivery date.
If you have a problem with an item you have received, write to
us within 30 days of the delivery date (or 45 days for orders placed in November) and explain the problem, including a photo if possible.
when the return request is accepted, send the item back to the above address, along with your order number, in its original packaging, unused and in perfect condition. Any product that has been opened, damaged or shows signs of wear will not be refunded. Prepare the package for return by wrapping it securely, ideally in the original packaging.
Reimbursement will be made as soon as possible (maximum 7 days after receipt of the item) by credit card or bank transfer, once your parcel has been received and your products have been checked and meet the return conditions.

STOCK
If, despite my best efforts, an item or component proves to be out of stock (such as a particular color of leather), you will be notified by email and offered an alternative solution (or cancellation of the order if that's what you prefer).
